Coffee Measurement Instructions
Basic guidelines for coffee measurements. Remember to adjust coffee amount to suit your taste. Follow your coffee marker manufacture instruction whenever possible.
Regular Coffee (Drip Machine)
Grind coffee beans to a medium fine setting.
2 Tablespoons coffee for every 6 ounce of water.
Cuban Coffee (Cafecito Cubano)
Grind coffee beans to a fine setting.
1 Tablespoons of coffee for every 2 ounce of water.
1 Teaspoon of sugar for every 2 ounce of espresso brewed.
Beat the first draw of espresso and sugar into a thick caramel colored foam “espuma”.
